SoFA update and more


Michael Ware appeared on D.L. Hughley's program this weekend to discuss what the president-elect faces in dealing with Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Iran:


And today on American Morning, he delivered the "Memo to the President" on the current status in Iraq, including the weekend approval of the Status of Forces Agreement:

Finally, in this very short clip, Afghan President Karzai says that if he chooses to grant Taliban leader Mullah Omar protection, he will. The Taliban declined the offer, part of his bid to get peace talks underway:

  1. Thanks so much for the clips of Mic, Arwa, and Nic. I really miss hearing more about this and seeing these folks on AC360. Maybe now the election is over we can get back in touch with what's happening in the world. Hey, a girl can dream can't she!
