  1. It will be interesting to see if 360 becomes a
solid second in the viewers/demo heading in
to 2011.CNN might be running into trouble
    at 9 o'clock. 360's ratings for 8 topped those
for 10, Maybe things are slowing moving in a
positive direction for CNN. Come October we
get more changes in the lineup from 3-7 PM.
Right now CNN's prime time ratings will be
weighing heavily on 360 . Maybe Outfront
will have better numbers for 360 to grow on.

  2. Told you so CNN. It was wrong to put 9-11
& a tea party debate on the same level. This
weekend marked the 10th anniversary of an
event that has changed America and CNN
    cheapened the observations by insulting
viewers. Politics should have not been done so
heavily on CNN. If CNN wants to be relevant,
they have to stop making stupid decisions.
CNN was # 3. Even MSNBC was smart enough
not to air any episodes of Lock Up. Hello

  3. CNN needs to go for George Strombo and
put him on at 9 It seems like CBC is not
going to air any new episodes.CNN bring
The Hour to the states. Also, I think CNN
should go for Toure and put him opposite
Rev Al. Make John King live at 6 on Saturday
& Sunday. I know it sounds radical but think
about this lineup : Toure, Erin, Anderson &
George live with a studio audience. Monday's
ratings seem low for all 3. Could be because
of the US Open or it could mean viewers are
    tiring of cable news.

  4. I know everyone likes to focus on prime time but
CNN really needs to do something about American
Morning. Why is the show still on ? I have to admit
that I am watching very little of CNN these days.

  5. CNN is just too freakin' lazy to actually do some
worthwhile reporting . Poverty has be rising in
this country for the last decade. During this
same period our economy shifted towards the
    higher income folks.

Most of Americans only have high school degrees
and are unskilled .CNN tries to dumb down the
conversation by making up fake topics and talk.
    It is nothing but bs.

According to CNN, the politics is the only thing
they care about. Screw the people. Right now
Bloomberg is doing a remarkable hour with
Jeffry Sachs. Even Matthew Dowd says you can't
give the advantage to any presidential candidate
right now but according to CNN this is all Obama's
fault. He is the reason for the economic troubles
this country. CNN is being irresponsible and is
too busy touting the tea party.CNN id going
down as a result.CNN can't be objective. The
network is afraid of the tea party. Just bring
on pundits to lie to viewers and let people like
Michele Bachmann make crazy statements and
anchors just are too stupid to know the facts.

  6. Seems like a lot of people are not following Anderson into day time according to USA Today....and NO it has nothing to do with tennis.
You mean to say all the high minded tennis pros also dabble in Anderson???
    Get Real.

  7. Kyra Philips seems a bit out of place in the time slot she now inherited.
Perhaps CNN might think of using her in their morning hours.

  8. Sorry 1PM but "most Americans" have furthered their education, and have more than a high school diploma.
While it is true that college bound freshman are not guaranteed a job the same way they were, a decade ago, people who have a higher education have the lowest unemployment rate and are underemployed for the least amt. of time.
So I don't know where you got your info from. Too much listening to Michele Bachmann's "making stuff up," on CNN and they are sure doing a good job "dumbing you down."

  9. Last night I watched 360. it was good to see
more stories have been added to the show and
the pace has picked up and the flow is good.

Anderson Cooper & Isha Sesay are so funny. I
had to go on Youtube and find out who Gumby
was but thanks to Cartoon Network I did know
    about the other cartoon..

TVN has some interesting news about possible
changes to CNN in the morning. It looks like we
    might get 2 different shows.

CNN should have dropped Piers Morgan and
Eliot Spitzer at the same time. Anything is way
better than Piers Morgan. It is a crappy show.
CNN will wait to late to make a change.

  10. The NY Post says it will be an ensemble cast.
So who would join Soledad. I think CNN might
being going with the women's show in the AM
as some have mentioned here. Who will join
Soledad ? I hope it is ethnically diverse. CNN
needs to retire the name American Morning.
It would be great if CNN now realizes women
are now critical tv viewers. Asleigh Banfield
is a surprise. Wonder what the shows will
    look like.

  11. HLN should be considered to be an entertainment
network. It is not a news channel. CNN should not
be permitted to get away with this at all. What is
the difference between it and TRU TV. Give us 2
news channels Time Warner. I want CNN I as a
    replacement.

  12. If Erin Burnett gets higher ratings than PMT for
October 2011, she will replace Piers Morgan in
prime time. 7 PM means nothing for someone
like Erin Burnett. PMT is a problem for CNN. The
show for Erin Burnett sounds like CNN might be
going with a Nightline top show.

  13. Woah looks like the 8 p.m. push with AC 360 appears to be working! First week its topped the 2nd hour which of course was the previous time slot it had for years. And it looks like its helping Piers Morgan tonight as well!

Confused about AM, but didnt they JUST add a show before that one?? AM Wake UP Call? Will that be going too? I still like watching AM although I liked it better when it first premiered. I use to watch it in Tokyo, where it was primetime viewing with the time difference and watched it all 3 nights. Now back in America, I still watch it, but it has gotten a bit water downed compared to the earlier years!

  14. That is what Ken Jautz gets for bashing Larry
King. It had nothing to do with Larry being old.
It was the format. How CNN decided to go with
a personality- challenged man like Piers Morgan
is a million dollar question. Nothing about Piers
Morgan is impressive. We all know that CNN will
not do anything before it is too late.360 can't
keep propping up Piers Morgan. The shows don't
fit together. Anderson Cooper & Isha Sesay are
great on 360. It is all downhill after they go to
    Piers Morgan.

  15. "Anderson Cooper and Ishes Sesay are great on 360."
If only. AC is not one bit interested in speaking with Ishea on 360.
Yesterday she hinted that it would be her birthday after giving AC a horse and pony show, literally for his.
And HE shrugged her off. "We'll think of something,"he said quickly.
Now if he can chatter about HIMSELF constantly, give Ishea her due, and let her be her witty self and learn to share the stage.
It just might help your rating challenged show...and yes, they are still challenged.
