Soledad O'Brien spoke at the 15th annual Bay Path College Women's Leadership Conference in Springfield, MA last month. 22 News WWLP covered the conference and spoke to O'Brien:
"If you think about it so big, you'll lose your mind. So, you have to say, my goal are these ten people. My goal is this one little thing and if you can accomplish that, you made a tremendous difference right here and that's worthwhile," said O'Brien.
