CNN Plans Coverage of Illinois Primary

Tomorrow, CNN anchors Wolf Blitzer, John King, Erin Burnett, Anderson Cooper and Piers Morgan will provide special coverage of the Illinois Primary during their respective programs. A live edition of Piers Morgan Tonight will broadcast at midnight.
Chief political analyst Gloria Borger and senior political analyst David Gergen will join CNN’s coverage to offer insight and analysis throughout the evening. Chief political correspondent Candy Crowley will report live from Romney campaign headquarters in Illinois and national political correspondent Jim Acosta will provide updates from Santorum headquarters in Pennsylvania. Senior correspondent Joe Johns will report on the Gingrich campaign from Louisiana. In addition, political editor Paul Steinhauser and political reporter Shannon Travis will report from Illinois voting locations.

  1. Interesting how CNN chose to incorporate the primary within their regularly scheduled programs. It will give all the prime time programs better ratings rather than labeling the coverage America's Choice 2012.
