King of the (Capitol) Hill

It's a toss up as to whether I should begin with the serious CNN news of the day or the laughs. I'm always a sucker for a funny man so John King and Stephen Colbert win hands down. Here's King's appearance on The Colbert Report from Monday night.

I'm voting for 'King of the Hill' (as in Capitol). I'm guessing the suits at CNN would have some issues with that since the name of John King's new CNN program has been entitled 'The State of the Union with John King'. The show will launch January 18 the weekend before President-elect Barack Obama's inauguration. The first show will preview the January 20 inauguration, and examine the upcoming Obama administration.
