Anderson Cooper:
○Anderson Cooper will give a public lecture at the University of Delaware on Wednesday, April 15th.
○It was also announced that Cooper will speak on Sunday, May 17th at the UCLA for the 2009 Annual Daniel Pearl Memorial Lecture. The event is co-sponsored by the Burkle Center for International Relations, the Daniel Pearl Foundation and the Yitzhak Rabin Hillel Center for Jewish Life at UCLA.

I noticed Keith Olberman was no longer listed in ratings. Instead MSNBC is adding the Ed Show? What's with Keith? I was under the impression he just signed a new contract. Are they trying a new show opposite AC's spot?
If they keep Ed, AC should do amazingly well.

MSNBC is going to be airing The Ed Show twice tonight - at 6pmET and in Countdown's normal spot of 8pmET. An MSNBC insider tells us the 8pm edition will have a live first block with the remainder being the 6pm version. "This allows us the opportunity to expose Ed's show to Keith's audience," says an insider.
The reason for the programming change: a memorial service for Keith Olbermann's mother is being held and this allows his staff to attend. Marie Olbermann died last Saturday.
