The Chicago Sun-Times has a new article on Roland Martin. Here's an excerpt:
"These days, Roland Martin is quite busy with his burgeoning career as journalist, TV and radio pundit, author and speaker. He is seen regularly on a number of CNN news programs including "Anderson Cooper 36," "Lou Dobbs Tonight" and "The Situation Room." He is also a senior analyst for the "Tom Joyner Morning Show," on radio.
And late last month, he debuted the weekly "Washington Watch with Roland Martin" on TV One, a cable channel targeting African Americans that reaches nearly 50 million American households. Martin's new show aims to be an alternative option for blacks who don't think the mainstream network Sunday talk shows such as "Meet the Press" and "This Week with George Stephanopoulos" address their needs and interests. And if he weren't busy enough already, Martin next month will release his latest book, The First: President Barack Obama's Road to the White House as Originally Reported by Roland S. Martin."
