CNN has to do something about the 8 pm
hour.I think the suits have managed to
convince themselves that people only
want opinion and they are going down
because of it.360 did it again tonight.
2 pundits & a reporter. They seem to think
that the pundits will up the ratings & the
are sorely mistaken. It makes CNN look
lazy on dull.It is not necessary for the
pundits each night on 360.POV is just
laziness pure and simple.

360 has lost me as a viewer. I now watch The
Last Word. Lawrence O'Donnell keeps it real
and does not let people get away with spreading
falsehoods.360 needs to call the pundit panels
segment keeping you misinformed.

Latest programming debacle for CNN, the hiring
of an American bashing brit moron named Piers
Morgan. How dare he take shots at Jon Stewart ?
This show will be a failure and millions will see
to it.

Something is wrong with 360 these days.
How do you ignore the Wikileaks story.
About a month from now CNN's ratings
will hit record lows.360 is really bad these
days. The Last Word is a much smarter show.
Pundit talk is pretty boring and the segments
about nothing are way too long.

@8:03 AM: Absolutely agree.
Not only is Lawrence O'Donnell knowledgeable, but he DOMINATES the panel discussion in a tone that is demonstrative of his knowledge on every subject.
No wonder he beats AC EVERY nite.
Viewers are not fools. It is obvious that he is enthusiastic about his program and it shows in his delivery.

If 360 must do politics, why not return to the
original way they did Raw Politics. Remember
when Tom Foreman, Candy Crowley & Joe
Johns showed off their writing skills with a
pre-produced package on the political news
of the day.It was smarter and funnier than
the lame pundit panels that make 360 look
bad. The Last Word means what it says in it's
promos.Do you ever see pundits on the show.
No you see people who have some sort of
connection to the topic. 360 has a promo
claiming to be a news show while in actuality
it is a pundit talking filled hour. You don't
lie to your viewers. The Last Word gets it.
People are really tiring of the pundits. CNN
is the only one who thinks it is still the 90's.
Get out of the Crossfire mentality and try
being creative and innovative. The lack of
news on 360 is just appalling.

Couple of things. Larry King will come to and end
this Thursday. Who will be on CNN until next year.
360 is going to be in deep trouble in 2011. For 2
hours CNN will trail badly and having Piers Morgan
as an lead in is a disaster in the making.TRMS is
already getting scary numbers. Now that so many
people are turned off by Piers Morgan, Rachel
Maddow is the big winner. She is already putting
up amazing numbers.MSNBC does a good job
at holding on to it's viewers for 3 hrs. Percentage
wise it is actually better than FNC.Hannity drops
more than a million viewers from BOR. The
ideologue mentality is the norm for CNN and
it is boring and too predictable. CNN is not
evolving and MSNBC is and that is why MSNBC
is CNN's worst nightmare. Come 2011 MSNBC
will challenge FNC in the demo and CNN will
not even be in the picture.

The promo for Piers Morgan is scary.
He is soooo arrogant you feel like throwing something at him while he's speaking. He doesn't even look the viewer in the eye.
What a slap in the face to the 9PM hour and those who watched Larry.
Larry we miss you already!
You were our friend and now our friend is leaving us.
Piers Morgan could never be "our friend." Even his name is creepy.
Good start to the New Year Year CNN!

CNN should be looking at Canadian television for
talent. There are a couple of Canadian shows
that would be a good fit. There is a show called
George Tonight with George Stromoblpupolous.
It is a great show and it begins each night with
a news segment called the debrief and it is
smart and witty and he does interviews as well.
Then there is connect with Mark Kelley.I say
this because of Peter Jennings, who came to
the US from Canada and had an amazing career.
I don't know if CNN would be able to get any
of these people from CBC, but need to be
trying.I think Canadian journalists understand
American culture and feel a connection to
their neighbors.

Can Piers Morgan go away now.
