CNN made the announcement on the weekends a while back. I miss her on the weekends but she deserves the time off to be mom.

CNN is wasting the talent of Chris Cuomo on a morning show. At least have the man do an evening newscast at 6 0r 7 PM. I watched him this morning. The man is too good to be wasted on a CNN morning show that is likely going nowhere. OMHO CNN should be freestyle from 5 AM until noon. No solo/paring anchors but a group of journalists from CNN hanging out bringing us the news. You could have Soledad, John Berman, Hala Gorani, Joe Carter.
The news of the day determines the show. Less scripted more real and spontaneous. I can find 50 plus news items in the morning on the the internet. and that is legit news. Sure some of the show has to be scripted but try real time.
