Conan O'Brien made a crack about Anderson and Rachel Maddow.
He said they "both understand one another, but together nothing would ever happen." Neither was there.
The room burst into laughter because it was one of his better moments.
He also went after John King for his misinformation during the Boston bombing arrests.
President Obama's monologue was brilliant at the Correspondent's dinner, especially when he showed himself with his new look for his new term....with bangs.
The First Lady did not look all that amused.
Conan O'Brien, on the other hand, read most of his monologue, and except for a few odd moments, most of what he said fell flat.
Over the years the only comedian that actually came across well, was Lewis Black and he didn't look down at the podium once, from what I remember.
