Tonight on AC360: Anderson Interviews School Clerk Antoinette Tuff

Tonight on AC360°, school clerk Antoinette Tuff and DeKalb County emergency operator Kendra McCray will meet for the first time. Huff is credited with convincing Atlanta school shooter Michael Brandon Hill to surrender himself to police after he entered Ronald E. McNair Discovery Learning Academy armed with weapons . McCray was the 911 operator who stayed on the line with Huff during the dramatic standoff and helped relay Hill’s decisions to the police.

Their exclusive interview will air tonight on Anderson Cooper 360° at 8pm ET on CNN.

360 is the only thing CNN has going for it. Yikes, the ratings for Wednesday are brutal. Could AJAM already be hurting CNN. Out Front had a little over 200,000 total viewers. You never know with AJAM only being 3 days old but there used to not be an alternative to CNN. That is not the case anymore. Opinion is the problem for CNN. There is too much mindless chatter.

Anderson did a great job with that interview. He is so personable. I would really liked to have seen him interview Prince William.

Anderson's one of the best when it comes to these types of interviews. Michaela Angela Davis, who has been a guest on 360 a few times, tweeted that the reason his interviews work so well is because he is a very genuine person, she said he's nice "when no one is looking", meaning off-camera when he may not necessarily have to be.

I love this interview. Anderson was at his best. 360 has got to get back to covering America & Americans. In a nation of 315 million, there are millions of stories. Anderson & co need to bring us the real stories in America. Too often 360 and other CNN shows get trolled into doing made up news. The interview from last night was real and sparked by real events. it was refreshing to see a pundit free 360. Anderson became a fantastic journalist because of connecting with people and giving us stories you would only see on 360. Go out and discover news stories in American and the world. Get out of the mindset of pundits, criminals and crazies representing the American public.

360 is the only CNN show I can watch these days.
At least some of the time. The Thursday episode
was awesome. The vibe of 360 has not been the
best lately. Don't like the negative tone. Anderson
Cooper should make sure viewers are respected.
I hope last night means he's making amends.

The return of the the real Anderson Cooper ? I have been tuning in to CNN at 8 PM and not seeing the Anderson Cooper I have come to admire.

@1:36PM I agree with you fully.
The Anderson Cooper we saw back in 05 is long gone.
The one that is replacing him may be personable to some, but for me
as well as many others who did admire him, this one is boring, indifferent, and has a chip on his shoulder.
Not watchable, and from his ratings, there are many who agree with me.
Sorry, just telling it as I see it or him.

I agree with the commenters who think Anderson has been great lately.

I must stick up for Anderson. He still is the best reporter on TV in my opinion. No he is not the 38year old who was always going overseas. Everybody changes and he is still the best. Whenever there is a crisis he is the one I turn to.

"I agree with the commenters who say Anderson has been great "lately."
Why? What has he done to inspire his greatness, except to read a self prepared script or teleprompter.
And lately....is not worth 10 million dollars.
Love it when commenters say Anderson is adorable. He's not paid to be adorable and his 'grayness' is NOT adorable. It's disheartening.
