Twitter Race: It's On

So a friendly competition has begun between CNN Breaking News and Ashton Kutcher.

The first to reach 1,000,000,000 followers will donate mosquito nets to Africa. Well here is your chance to do something to help people around the world and it seriously cost you nothing but a few seconds of time and a click of your mouse.

Here is a little background on the CNN/Kutcher Twitter Battle

Johnroberts Hey ya'll....follow CNNBRK. If we hit a million followers before Ashton Kutcher, we'll donate 10,000 mosquito bed nets to Africa..go now.!!

As of this posting CNN Breaking is at 978, 857 followers and Ashton is at 977, oo8 followers. At this rate I would not be surprised if we have a winner by tomorrow. So if you have a twitter account and your not following CNNBRK, then let's get this for a great cause.
UPDATE: Both Ashton Kutcher and CNNBRK passed the 1 million mark early Friday morning with Ashton crossing the mark first. You can read the full story here. Aston Kutcher will be on Larry King live Friday night. Should be fun to watch. Congratulations to both an this amazing feat.

That’s it for me until next week ~ Sapphire
