2009 Congressional Black Caucus.

James Carville has an
article in bestofneworleans.com about how he would run for mayor of New Orleans if he could. Because Carville has only lived in New Orleans for a little over a year the city's current charter doesn't allow him to run, requiring at least five years of residence.
The Commercial Dispatch has an article on Mary Matalin and James Carville's speaking event last Tuesday, 9/29, at Mississippi State University.
