CNN has been advertising that CNN Reports is on
tonight at 8. There is also a brand new 360 promo.
It is all about KTH. What about the rest of the show ?
Finally, what has CNN done to The 10 PM hour on
Saturday. People were talking about the Secret
Service scandal and the new Avatar who is a female.
The show is a waste of time with outdated topics
that no one is talking about on the weekend. It's
time for CNN to brain up and grow up. CNN just
can't get past the pundits.

Neither CNN,MSNBC or FNC have a women's news
oriented show. Cable news ignores women as news
consumers. Women are not monolithic or stupid.
When I see a group of female journalists and other
females taking on serious and interesting topics on
CNN, then they can talk.

Why can't there be an ethnically diverse group of
female journalists, movers & shakers and other
interesting people we know nothing about ? It is
not political unless there is a big political story.
It is an hour for women to connect via news, info
music and fun. The are women't mags, blogs, etc.
Keep it real no faux stories that wastes our time.

CBS has The Talk, ABC has The View & NBC has
the 4th hour of Today.. Flip through the cable
news channels and nothing.

Let's see a show like this on CNN at 7 o'clock.
CNN could devote 1 prime time hour to the
news for women. Keep in mind no 2 women
are the same and the show needs to reflect
that. Can you imagine the conversation on the
Secret Service scandal ? IMHO, The Talk strikes
the right balance. They can be serious and
fun but informative. The best thing is that there
is no yelling or screaming, completely turned
off to The View because of that.

It would be great for CNN to be groundbreaking
for once and have an historic news show for
women that is fresh, new and original. CNN
needs some new shows. This would be a smart
move if done right.

Ugh. If CNN is going to INSIST on putting Will Cain on the air, just give him his own show late at night so his stupid blather can be isolated to one hour instead of his "i'm-too-cool-to-shave" face popping up on every other d@m# news show on CNN. Can I watch Ali Velshi and Christine Roman's Your Money in peace w/o Cain's bloviating? WTF!

I have totally lost all respect for Don Lemon.
CNN is just trying to create controversy hoping
to get some buzz and talk. It is pure desperation
and will not work.

I watched the entire 2 hours of Starting Point this morning and I cannot begin to describe how disappointed I was. I hope this is not what Soledad O'Brien had in mind. It's not her. I hope it gets canceled and she sticks to documentaries. She is great at that. Why does there have to be a pundit panel? Why did they each have to ask a question to a guest from another location. They did just as much work as Soledad did. She's just the moderator. Why did Zoraida Sambolin have to come in every 15 minutes and do a 3 minute long headline segment? Why can't Soledad just do that?
