I was just reading on TVnewser that The Weather Channel is revamping it's entire programming. Looking forward to when CNN will do so.

Katie Couric continues to use her news influence during the day, according to TVN.
Unlike Anderson Cooper who continues to do stupid things during his dayshow, Ms Couric, who is winner in the 'newby or rookie category,' had Rachel Maddow and Nicole Wallace, as her guests.
Of course Katie discussed the last debate and I found the clip rather refreshing to watch 3 smart women sit and talk politics, with no agenda or animosity.
Katie is well on her way to becoming the next Barbara Walters or Oprah. She sees her position as a woman who rises to the occasion and doesn't gravel in the dirt for ratings.
ABC was wise in choosing her.
